Baptism, Eucharist and Confirmation together are known as the Sacraments of Initiation through which our children become full members of the Catholic Church. Children at Holy Trinity are invited to continue their journey of faith and prepare to receive the sacraments of the Holy Eucharist (Holy Communion) and Reconciliation (Confession).

As a school and a parish community, we want to help the children prepare in the best possible way. We are people who journey together, supporting and encouraging one another; we believe everyone has something to offer. Therefore, we hope that a partnership between home, school and parish will provide the best environment for our children to grow in their understanding of the Sacraments.

Our children in year 3 will be making their sacraments at Christ Church Nelson. Their journey is throughout February to May. The list of meetings is attached.

Please keep these children in your prayers.
