Our Weekly Chess Club is proving to be a popular and enjoyable activity for many of our pupils. The club provides children with the opportunity to learn and develop their chess skills in a fun, supportive environment.

During the sessions, pupils learn how to play the game, practise different strategies and challenge each other in friendly matches. Chess encourages children to think carefully, plan ahead and develop problem-solving skills, while also promoting patience and resilience.

The club welcomes pupils of all abilities, from beginners who are just learning the rules to those who already have experience and want to improve their tactical thinking. It is wonderful to see the children showing such enthusiasm, concentration and sportsmanship while they play.

Chess Club takes place weekly and continues to be a fantastic way for pupils to build confidence, develop new skills and enjoy learning together.
