.The school year comes to a close in this coming week and I’m sure that staff and pupils alike don’t want to experience such a year ever again! ‘Staggered starts’, ‘bubbles’, ‘masks’, ‘live-streaming’, ‘social distancing’, ’testing’, ‘isolating’, and so much more have become such a familiar part of our lives and vocabulary. However, the Leavers’ Masses were able to go ahead and we were able to give thanks to God for all our blessings, and ask God’s protection upon our Year 6’s as they prepare to move on to new experiences and challenges. I would like to thank all staff, families and children for their witness of resilience and commitment, and I personally look forward to a new beginning with the schools come September.
Take care, and take care of others!
