Class 3 pupils had the wonderful opportunity to visit Reedley Primary School to join in their special Eid celebration assembly.

The visit provided a fantastic opportunity for our children to learn more about Eid and the importance of this special celebration for Muslim communities around the world. During the assembly, pupils enjoyed learning about the traditions, values, and customs associated with Eid, including the themes of gratitude, kindness, generosity, and community.

Our pupils were welcomed warmly by the staff and children at Reedley Primary School and thoroughly enjoyed taking part in the celebrations. The experience gave them the chance to learn from others, develop their understanding of different cultures and faiths, and celebrate the diversity within our local community.

Throughout the visit, the children represented our school exceptionally well, demonstrating respect, curiosity, and excellent behaviour. They listened attentively, asked thoughtful questions, and embraced the opportunity to learn about a celebration that is important to many families.
