PE:  I

In Autumn 2, PE will be on a Wednesday and a Thursday.  Please ensure your child's PE kits is in school on these days. 

Homework is set on Fridays and due the following Thursday. The children will have a variety of spellings, maths, grammar and research.

Times tables

Times tables are really important and children are expected to know all their times tables by the end of year 4.  Please practise these with your child as often as possible.

Spellings: The children learn words from the Year 3/4 word lists and spelling patterns for year 3 and 4. They are tested on a Friday.

Reading: Reading is so important for children's progress, and we ask that children read with an adult every night. Reading records should be signed frequently. Reading books are changed on Mondays and Thursdays.
