PE:

We will have PE every Tuesday afternoon and Wednesday morning. 

Please make sure that your child has their PE kit in school on these days. 

Homework:

Homework is sent home every Friday and due back in for marking the following Friday.

The children will have spellings linked to their phonics work, maths and English/research.

Reading:

Reading is so important for children's progress, and we ask that children read with an adult every night, using the reading record to comment. In Class 2, we read every day whether it is individually, out loud to someone or in a guided reading group. Books get changed in school every Monday and Friday; please make sure reading books have been signed in order to receive another book.
