Careers Education
At Holy Trinity, we are committed to ensuring that all pupils are well prepared for future education, employment and training.
We use Unifrog as our careers education platform to support a structured, age-appropriate approach to careers learning from the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) through Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2.
In EYFS and Key Stage 1, careers learning focuses on developing pupils’ awareness of the world of work through stories, role-play, visitors, themed activities and discussions about different jobs in the community. Unifrog resources help introduce early ideas about aspirations, skills and positive attitudes to learning.
In Key Stage 2, pupils begin to explore a wider range of careers, pathways and ambitions. Through Unifrog activities and lessons, pupils develop self-awareness, learn about different occupations, and begin to understand how their learning links to future opportunities. This supports personal development, raises aspirations and helps pupils build confidence about their future.
Our use of Unifrog ensures that careers education is progressive, inclusive and embedded across the curriculum, helping all pupils develop the knowledge, skills and attitudes they need to make successful transitions in later education and beyond.
